Welcome to the All-Star
Team Members Page
PARENTS, KEEP YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS UP-TO-DATE. Email addresses have been collected from your registration forms. Send email address changes to all-starteamweb@comcast.net with subject of "email address change". In the text, include your name
and email address (the parent's email address, not the gymnast's), and your
gymnast's name and level. Thank you! |
EMAIL FOR COACHES. If you have time-critical information for the coaches, please continue
to call All-Star and leave a message (978-256-7766). However, if your
message is NOT time-critical, you can choose to send email to all-starteamweb@comcast.net.
Please put the coach name(s) in the subject line. This email will
probably be checked once a day, although that cannot be guaranteed. At
no time should you contact a coach on his/her personal cell phone or
email address. All communication must be directed to All-Star
Gymnastics. Coaches will not be "friends" with gymnasts on Social Media -
Facebook, InstaGram, etc. We have spoken to all team gymnasts regarding
this policy. Please reinforce this policy with your daughter. |
|
|
MEET ELIGIBILITY POLICY. In order to compete in a meet that All-Star Gymnastics has listed on
the Master Meet Schedule, gymnasts must attend workouts scheduled for
their level during the week prior to the competition. If you plan to be
on vacation the week before a meet, do not register for that meet. |
ILLNESS POLICY. Please keep your child at home for at least 24 hours after they have been running
a fever or throwing up. Let's all try to keep each other well! Please
encourage all gymnasts to use the hand sanitizer in the gym.
Lice Code of Conduct:
If you find that your daughter has contracted lice we require that she stay out of the gym for at least 3 days after you are absolutely sure that she is no longer infected.
It is recommended by the CDC that you continue to check hair for 2-3 weeks after treatment as well.
If another family member has contracted lice, please make sure that your daughter is not infected before sending her to the gym.
This strict policy is for everyone's benefit.
Thank you for helping to keep All-Star a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. |
MEDICINE POLICY. Any
medication that is brought into the gym by a team gymnast (i.e.: cough
medicine, tylenol, antibiotic, epi pen, etc) must be accompanied by a
signed permission note from the parent stating the name of the medicine,
the dose and the frequency/time the dose is to be administered.
Medicine must be in its original container with prescription label where
applicable and given to a team coach immediately upon entering the gym.
The team gymnast is responsible to pick up her medicine at the end of
workout. At no time should medicines be left unattended in a team gym
bag. |
CHANGE OF INFORMATION. If
any of your information changes (address, phone, health insurance,
health concerns ...), please use the form above and submit it to the
office. Thank you!
|
TEAM HIGHLIGHTS. If you believe that an error has been made in any posting, send email to all-starteamweb@comcast.net. If you have a picture of a team at a meet, please submit email for posting on the Facebook page. |
TEAM APPAREL IDENTIFICATION. Parents, your child's name should be written in all team apparel. The gymnasts
have been spoken to about this many times, yet almost every week there
is a pair of leggings, shorts, grips, etc. left in the gym with no name
to return them to. |
COMPETITIVE WEAR. All girls are required to compete in the red/navy/silver leotard. Leotards, warm ups and gym bags will only be ordered once each year, at end of July.
|
WASHING COMPETITION LEOTARDS. Anyone
who has purchased the new leo must read and follow the washing
instructions attached to the leo. | |
